I started reading 'A Heart So White' by Javier Marías as the second book of fifty two. The first chapter was mind blowing, a great opening which was very shocking. Butttt then 'Nobody Belongs Here More Than You by Miranda July dropped through my letter box. This is a book I have wanted to read for a good while and I was very excited to read it, that being said I got to work on it on Sunday afternoon and by the small hours of Monday morning I had finished it. This collection of short stories was just as well written as I had read in reviews, particularly Something That Needs Nothing' and 'Making Love in 2003'. Each story differs greatly, I detest it when a collection of short stories all seem to merge into one. I have always been a fan of short stories, but it has been awhile, so I will definitely be reading another few collections for the rest of the project.
